Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team in Ashford Kent, United Kingdom.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support our sales activity including client follow up, prospecting, sales meetings and proposals.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our company with Corporate and SMEs, in London and the South East of England by selling our services to a variety of new clients.
Responsibilities: • Develop of new business within the London + South East zones. • Sell our services to a variety of new clients. • Follow-up clients and prospects. • Draw-up sales proposals in collaboration with our technical team.

IT Support Engineer
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our technical team. You will be a professional team-player with excellent communication skills and ideally a minimum of 2 years commercial I.T experience.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our clients’ networks and you will provide support remotely and on site. You will also be involved in the management, maintenance and exploitation of our company network in the UK.
Your role will involve the: * Maintenance, management and improvement of IT network including troubleshooting, installation, administration and 1st and 2nd line support of operational desktop, Server and software. * Security and Performing of the network, inventories etc... Computer systems Management of the clients * Management and maximisation of the communication tools
Skills Required: * Excellent technical knowledge including Windows Servers(NT, 2000, 2003) and Active Directory, Router configuration including firewall & Proxy, backup systems software and antivirus * Hardware to include Printers, desktops, laptops, notebooks, PC’s and scanners. * You will be client focus and have excellent communication skills * You will be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative * Be able to monitor, prioritise and progress activities. * Provide reliable time keeping and attendance. * Full clean driving licence
Any experience with Cisco routers, SQL Server and migration from NT to 2000/03 would be desirable but not essential
