Service Level Agreement
As Business Continuity is a priority for any organisation, an AMJ UK Service Level Agreement ensures minimum downtime of your key services. We offer flexible service plans adapted to client requirements and will respond within a "4 hour or less" Service Level Agreement (SLA) Hotline, remote assistance and onsite intervention In order to ensure minimum downtime within your organisation, AMJ UK offers different levels of intervention, such as telephone support, and remote intervention when possible. Alternatively our engineers can attend client site without additional call out charges.
Server maintenance
Servers are the heart beat of every network. Our server maintenance packages are designed to keep your server(s) updated and maximise availability to produce the expected performance for your users. Our services include:
Hardware/Software update recommendations
Server monitoring services - server logs checks, security checks
Backup/hard disk space checks
In addition, a temporary server replacement within 8 hours can be proposed depending on the current infrastructure in place.
