The role of proactive maintenance is to reduce the frequency of equipment breakdowns and extend the life of your organisation’s IT equipment.
We organise a minimum of one visit per quarter to carry out a preventative maintenance check helping to ensure the proper working order of software and hardware.
This includes antivirus, backup, and disk space analysis.
