The conception of an IT project is critical and starts with the manifestation of an opportunity or a requirement which will benefit an organisation. More specifically, this phase will involve analysing the project to make sure that its implementation is relevant and fits within the company's strategy and requirements. This phase is generally considered Pre-Project and must be concluded by finalising the documents that formulate the project plan and indicate the organisational conditions for its implementation.
